Q: WHEN WILL MY MEALS BE DELIVERED?
We have two delivery days per week, Monday and Thursday. Deliveries will be made anywhere from 1pm-8pm. You have the option to choose a timeframe of when you would like your meals delivered. It is imperative that someone is available to accept the delivery because the meals need to be kept refrigerated until ready to eat. We will try our best to accommodate any special delivery instructions in order serve our customers better.
Q: DO YOU HAVE PICK-UP LOCATIONS?
We have partnered with some awesome local Arizona fitness facilities around the valley and you can choose to pick-up your meals at any of them.
Q: WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged each Friday for the following Monday and Thursday delivery.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT POLICY?
We have no contracts with our memberships. If you would like to cancel or even postpone your payment and delivery for a week or two we only require 48 hours notice before your next payment to ensure you are not charged.
Q: HOW ARE MY MEALS SELECTED?
You have the option of selecting your meals as often or as seldom as you like! You can change your order each delivery, every once in awhile or never. If you don’t place a new order you will receive the same recurring delivery as your last.
Q. HOW SHOULD I REHEAT THE MEALS BEFORE CONSUMING?
The fastest and easiest way to reheat is to microwave for 1-3 minutes depending on the meal and your preference. All meals need to be reheated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees before consuming.
Q: I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES OR AM GLUTEN-FREE, ARE YOU ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE MY NEEDS?

Q: WHEN IS THE CUT-OFF TIME TO MAKE MY ORDERS FOR THE NEXT DELIVERY DAY?
All orders for Monday delivery need to be submitted by Saturday at midnight, and all orders for Thursday delivery need to be submitted by Tuesday at midnight.
Q: WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME OR NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
You have the option to choose when and where your meals are delivered. We can deliver to a place of work or any other place that will allow you to keep the meals refrigerated. If for some reason we cannot reach you for delivery, we will return your food to our kitchen and deliver at a later time for a $15.00 fee.
