Our menu is created by our chef and nutritionist to provide a well-balanced meal with fresh ingredients, and with sauces, seasonings, and marinades made from our kitchen. We don’t use artificial additives or preservatives. We use oil sparingly in our cooking and when we do, we only use olive oil.
